Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all pay-per-view purchases on AETHERCODE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.
1. Digital Goods & Lifetime Access
Since all purchases on our platform grant immediate Lifetime Access to digital streaming content, all sales are considered final once the transaction is complete and access is granted. There are no recurring subscription fees to cancel.
2. Refund Policy
Wallet Top-ups: All funds added to your Aether Wallet ("Top-ups") are final and non-refundable. Once money is added to your wallet, it cannot be refunded back to your original payment method, bank account, or credit card, regardless of whether the funds have been spent on video content or remain unused in your wallet balance.
Pay-Per-View Purchases: Refunds are only available under exceptional circumstances, such as if the video content is defective or if you experienced a technical issue on our end that permanently prevented viewing. In such cases, contact support within 48 hours of purchase.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email ajsitecr@gmail.com with your account details and reason for the refund. We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days.
4. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for promotional or discounted purchases, or accounts suspended for policy violations.
